Biofuels Operator Urgent  

For one of our clients, an oil trading house, we are seeking to recruit a Biofuels Trading Operator to be based in Geneva.
 

Your mission:

• Manage all operations aspects: from the contract to the payment, including laytime and demurrage calculations
• Follow up/administration of contracts (sales)
• Manage the contracting process (purchase, checks, amendments, invoices, etc.)
• Responsible for all the shipping aspects: ensure coordination and correspondence with vessels
• Handle the nomination, instruction, and correspondence with inspectors & terminal suppliers
• Manage documentary credits and be in contact with Banks

 

Your profile:

• Between 5 to 8 years of experience dealing with biofuels operations
• Experience in handling banking flows, LCs, compliance, financials submission, finance/refinance
• Experience in financial tools
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a proactive manner
• Knowledge of ISCC
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• English is mandatory, any other languages a plus
