Oil Products Operator

For one of our clients, a newly formed trading company, we are seeking to recruit an Oil Products Operator.
 

Your mission:

• Manage all operations aspects: from the contract to the payment, including laytime and demurrage calculations
• Follow up/administration of contracts (sales)
• Manage the contracting process (purchase, checks, amendments, invoices, etc.)
• Handle the nomination, instruction, and correspondence with inspectors & terminal suppliers
• Manage documentary credits and be in contact with Banks

 

Your profile:

• Between 4 and 6 years of experience in oil products trading operations
• Experience in financial tools
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• English is mandatory, French and any other language are a plus
